Cruel summer 2026  
summer o f `26 is all  over  the news. There are few things about this which are unseen in the pervious summers. The most peculiar is the increasing number of deaths especially in Europe and northern America. 
Another feature is the number of deaths caused by drowning which is also related very high temperatures this summer.
Scientists have been warning about the unusually high temperatures in coming summers. One things leads to another. In many Western Europe the authorities' to close the school because of intense heat.
Same things has been observed in many offices. The cause for these unusual features are the designs of the buildings. Because of which these buildings and houses too are not able withstand the increasing amounts of heat these summers are bringing. 
There is total lack of cooling systems in these buildings. The sight of fans is strange enough for the children to be mesmerized. These buildings are constructed to retain the heat which become troublesome especially in hospitals. The night time temperature usually drops below 20C. This allows the human body to cool off during night, But this summer this has not been so.
The record of sales of fans and air-conditioners has been broken. The cost of these cooling machines has been sky-rocketed. Lack of infrastructures in the buildings for the installation of cooling systems has compounded the dire pre-existing dire situation. These conditions are of grave concerns for elderly and those with cardiovascular and other chronic diseases.
